Head of Product Management – Singapore:
Position Summary
Will own the business case and lead the technology roadmaps of the Center of Excellence, and will ensure that assigned products are defined to meet market needs, remain competitive, and are profitably maintainable for the planned life of the products.
As a lead for the product management, you will work to direct and influence existing products assuring market requirements are well communicated to product owners. You will drive new product buildup from existing ideas, as well as driven by new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects.
You will be required to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with other product organizations globally and provide market requirements, assist in defining the go-to-market strategy, helping them defining the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.
You must possess a unique blend of business and technical expertise; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You will be required to demonstrate out of the box thinking to create thought leadership for the domain you are entrusted on.
Education / Certification Requirements:
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, MBA is advantageous
Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience successfully leading software products
• Minimum of 3 years’ operating in areas related to public safety
• At least two previous product management positions

Position Summary
The PMO is responsible for the timeline and the scope of the project, create and maintain project High Level Work plan, raising and managing the risk & red flags of the project.
Responsible for implementing organization processes, reporting and monitoring of progress, maintaining the timeline and monitoring all program activities.

Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible and accountable for all program aspects, full program lifecycle, and to ensure successful project handover.
The Program Manager is responsible to perform the program works within the timeline, budget and scope, in the adequate quality – as defined by the customer.
Education / Certification Requirements:

Quality Assurance Manager Thailand
Position Summary
The IC Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) is an expert in all aspects of quality assurance infrastructure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 based. In this role, s/he needs to make sure that a state of the art quality assurance process is defined, executed and continuously improved. The QAM will be controlling and use as gate keeper for corrective actions, nonconformities, and material receiving quality level. For that matter he requires experience in building and managing quality management systems based on international standards
Education / Certification Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in a technological area
· Master degree in Quality Assurance – advantage
· CQE (Certified Quality Engineer)
Skills and Experience
· Experience of altogether 5-10 years as a Quality Manager preferred in different products and services companies
· Hands on experience with Continuous Quality Improvements concept and tools: Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and use of statistics in QA
· Experience in planning and implementation of Quality Systems following ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001
Technical Manager Thailand
Position Summary
The successful candidate must be a skilled Systems Engineer (SE) with a vast experience in systems engineering that manages and monitors the end to end engineering cycle from requirements capture to system acceptance. Oversee all areas of integrated systems including IT, Networking, Software and sensors as well as 3rd party applications.
This role has many responsibilities with a high a degree of exposure to all levels up to management in the company as well as to the customers. This position offers significant career growth and training for the right individual.
Education / Certification Requirements:
· B.Sc. in Engineering (preferable Electronics, Aeronautics) from a known university – Mandatory
